Advisory Services Referral Program

I am pleased to let you know that we have implemented a new business referral program for our Associates. We recognize that many of you have deep relationships within the industry. It is our hope that we can create an environment that will enable you to introduce Coreio to business opportunities that we would not otherwise know about and reward you for your efforts. We are not asking you to be sales people. Our goal is to reward our associates by helping us identify qualified opportunities through buyers that trust your judgement.

We are calling this referral program Coreio Connect. This program will reward you, as a trusted member of our associate group, a Referral Fee of 1.25% of revenue of engagements you help us to secure. Below is a summary of the program.

Terms and Conditions

a. Referral Fee is paid when Coreio receives payment from the client.
b. Compensation is purely based on Revenue recognized. For clarity, Referral Fee is paid on money received which can be different from what is stated in a Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal for reasons beyond Coreio’s control.
c. It is at Coreio’s discretion whether to accept the opportunity that is referred.
d. Opportunity needs to be a minimum of $50,000 in revenue.
e. This offer is for Advisory Services engagements only. Product Sales are excluded from this program.
f. ServiceNow (Technology Solutions) engagements are excluded from this program.
g. The referral program is only available for engagements where the person referring the business is not involved in the delivery of the engagement.
h. The referral program is only available for new relationships for Coreio. If Coreio has an active relationship with the client then the referral is not valid.
i. No guarantee associate will be hired on the deployment, which is separate engagement.
